FAQHomeowner Questions

Straight Answers.

Does the city need to approve the work?
Some do. We pull the permit or coordinate with public works when the sidewalk is in the city right-of-way.
How wide is a residential sidewalk?
4' is standard. Some cities require 5'. We check before we form.
Can you fix a tripping hazard without replacing the whole run?
Sometimes — mudjacking or a saw-cut leveling can help. We look at it and give you the honest option.
